Section 02 — What we do
From a slipped tile to a full re-roof.
If it's above your head and made of slate, tile, lead or felt, we do it. No subbing out, no apprentice-only days, no quote that's "from".

Full re-roofs & renovations
Strip and re-tile in Welsh slate, concrete, or clay. New felt and battens, new flashings, new ridges. Usually 4-6 days for a semi. 25-year insurance-backed warranty.

Repairs & storm cover
Slipped or cracked tiles, broken ridges, damaged flashings, ingress around chimneys. We carry stock for most period property roofs, so same-week fixes are usual.

Flat roofs & extensions
EPDM, GRP fibreglass, single-ply membranes. We don't fit pour-and-roll bitumen because we don't believe in it. 20-year manufacturer warranties on EPDM and Trocal.

Lead work & chimneys
Lead flashings, valleys, parapet trays. Chimney repointing, rebuilds, removals, and new flaunchings. Heritage-conservation experience for listed properties in the Quays.

UPVC fascia, soffit, gutters
Full strip-and-replace fascia jobs, including new ventilated soffits and seamless aluminium gutters. We don't over-board, we don't cap. Done properly first time.

Commercial & industrial
Warehouses, mill conversions, retail parks. We work nights and weekends where the trading hours need it. Insurance-loss adjuster references on file.

Four steps. No surprises.
Same process for a slipped ridge tile as for a full re-roof. The only difference is how long step two takes.

Survey & fixed price
Surveyor up the ladder, photos taken, fixed-price quote within 48 hours. Bigger jobs we mock up a phased plan with a contingency line.
Step 03

Scaffolding & the work
Booking confirmed. Scaffolding arrives the day before. Strip starts day one. We keep the place clean — gardens dust-sheeted, skip emptied each evening.
Step 04

Sign-off & warranty
Walk-around with you. Photos of all finishings. Warranty paperwork in your inbox same day. Six-month courtesy inspection at no cost.
